By placing an order oxy-professional.se, you agree to the terms and conditions published at the time and confirm that the information you provide about yourself is accurate. The terms “we,” “our,” “us,” and “ours” refer to Oxy Professional.

Prices and Payment

Each product is listed with its price including VAT. In the Checkout, you can see the total price including VAT, any additional fees, and applied discounts.

Shipping and Delivery

We ship your package to your address using Postnord.

Right of Withdrawal

If you wish to cancel your purchase or any product from your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the items, in accordance with the Distance Selling Act. Ideally, you should email a Return to office@oxy-professional.se following the instructions below. For your return to be accepted, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with associated materials and receipt.

As a customer, you bear the risk of return shipping, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during the return shipment. Please pack the items well.

After notifying us of your intention to return (preferably by registering a Return to office@oxy-professional.se), you have 14 days according to the Distance Selling Act to return the product. Once we receive your return and determine that the product is in substantially unchanged condition, we will refund you within 14 days and notify you via email that the case is closed. Refunds will be made using the same payment method as the purchase.

Return and Complaint Instructions

If you have changed your mind, you should make a Return. If you received a damaged product or are missing a product in your order, you should make a Complaint. Please note that we do not have a “satisfaction guarantee.” This means we do not accept returns/complaints for products that you have used but did not meet your expectations. To register a return or complaint request, email office@oxy-professional.se with the subject line indicating whether it is a RETURN or COMPLAINT followed by your order number. For example, (RETURN / 12345). You can find your order number in your order confirmation. Describe your issue and attach the receipt/order confirmation. To expedite the return/complaint process, you may attach a picture of the relevant damage/reason for complaint (applies only to complaints). After registering your return or complaint request, you will be contacted via email for further instructions regarding your case. If a product needs to be sent back to us, wait for a prepaid return shipping label. We do not reimburse any shipping costs you may incur.

As a customer, you are responsible for the product until it is received by our returns department, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during return shipping. Please pack the items well.

In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendations of the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN). A link to the EU’s common dispute resolution page can be found here.

Delivery Delay

The delivery time is typically 2-3 days within Sweden.

If the delay exceeds 60 days from the order date, you have the right to cancel the purchase.
